After a decade on the ice, Trevor transitioned to a role behind the bench. As a certified USA Hockey Level 4 coach he has developed players from the house to the collegiate/junior levels.
Starting the 2024-25 season he served as the Assistant coach of the Motor City Gamblers USPHL under 2023 Willie O'Ree Award Winner, Jason McCrimmon.

Starting the 2024-25 season he served as the Assistant coach of the Motor City Gamblers USPHL under 2023 Willie O'Ree Award Winner, Jason McCrimmon. At the start of 2025 he joined Oakland University's ACHA program as an Associate Coach. He was also the head of Program Operations for Oakland University ACHA III for multiple years before he became the youngest GM and Head Coach in MIHL history when he took over the Blue Water Stars in the 2023-24 season. In 2022-23 he was a part of the Utah Outliers support staff that won the USPHL Premier (Mountain) Championship in their last season before moving to the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC).
With sports business education from the University of Michigan and Alaska-Fairbanks. His wide range of experience enables him to offer diverse solutions for our clients.

A former NCAA Division I Track and Cross Country athlete, Lucas comes to us with 6 years of professional experience plus a bachelor’s in Journalism and Strategic Media from the University of Memphis.

Luc Roberts - Goalie Development Consultant
A prior hockey and football athlete, Alex comes to us as a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach. He also is working on his Kinesiology degree from Michigan State University.

Luc's connections and knowledge of the hockey development pathways plays a vital role in his ability to propel his clients to the next level. He previously played at the high school and college level before working as a goalie coach for various clubs in Michigan.
